This is an excellent bar review blog. It captures the annoyance and righteous pissed-off-edness that is found in NY Bar takers, emotions the 48,967,234,897,436 California Bar bloggers are somehow able to transmute into cheery hopefulness and perky sun-still-shines quasi-despair. On a practical note: the morning MBE session seemed about as hard as the PMBR sample MBE, which was carefully calculated to scare you. Consequently I would like to offer the sadistic eggheads who created this year's MBE the opportunity to gargle my ballsweat.
Welcome home Jay and everyone who is now home, or on their way home, or who has been home since yesterday if you were lucky enough to be in a Two Day State. Just wanted to say congrats and good luck to you in staying sane and hopeful between now and when the results are released ... I am looking forward to reading the horror stories and funny anecdotes in the next few days as it is always good to know that misery has company!
